Biography

Alexandra Maria Kadinopoulou was born in 1984 in Thessaloniki, Greece, where she is currently based. She is amultidisciplinary artist known for her work in painting, drawing, and illustrations, with a specialization in oil painting. Alexandra is recognized for her realistic and figurative works that uniquely fuse imagination with the subject, often using the subject’s face as a landscape. Her art delves into Greek mythology and portrays solitary heroes in their intimate and personal moments, all portrayed through bright and unusual color compositions.

The essence of Alexandra’s art lies in the fusion of dreams with the moments they are conceived. Her style of work is impressionism and pointillism. One of her notable achievements includes receiving the 2nd prize in portraiture at the Golden Palette 2023 exhibition in Athens, Greece, showcasing her mastery in depicting the human form with depth and emotion. Additionally, she was honored with an honorable mention in the Nude category at the Best Art Awards 2023, further highlighting her artistic prowess and recognition within the art community.
