Text excerpt from the greek edition of, Talks with a Devil, by Pyotr Ouspenskii
“Says the human: I am a free soul, i want to fly!
Devil: But… where will you go? I will lose you, you’ll go away, stay here close to the ground.
Human: I have wings, I am not from here, nor do I belong anywhere.
Devil: With your feet on the ground you are safe, I will care for you, I will keep you well.”
